• Ticket numbers are generated only after successful payment

Payment

• Payment must be made through our approved payment methods (M-Pesa, etc.)
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated
• Payment confirmation may take up to 5 minutes

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are subject to our discretion and event-specific policies
• Event cancellations by us will result in full refunds
• Customer-initiated cancellations may be subject to fees

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in conduct that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Harasses, abuses, or harms another person
• Transmits malicious software or spam
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
