About This Event
Our next literary exploration continues with grade 8 class reader Wema Hauozi. This timeless story carries powerful lessons about the enduring value of good character, reminding learners that genuine goodness never fades, and that acts of compassion and integrity always leave a lasting impact in society.
With an aim to bring the classroom experience directly to your screen through our dynamic digital platform, on May 22nd, 2026, we will proudly livestream grade 8 class reader Wema Hauozi from the Mwai Kibaki Convention Center (MKU THIKA).
Just like our other CBE literature sessions, this presentation is designed to make literature lively, relatable, and easier to understand, helping learners develop both academic competence and strong personal values.
Special attention will be given to how the book supports key Competency Based Education (CBE) skills, including:
•Critical thinking through interpretation of characters’ choices and consequences
•Communication skills through guided discussions and learner reflections
•Creativity and imagination through deeper engagement with the storyline
•Social and ethical values demonstrated by the characters’ actions and decisions
The program will be conducted fully online. To access the livestream, participants will be required to obtain an official online access card, which will grant entry to the live performance through the Vission Footprints Limited system.
Together, let us celebrate the beauty of literature and inspire learners to discover the timeless truth behind the message wema hauozi.
